WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Because we are a super small team your order will ship between 1 and 4 weeks after your purchase. We work extremely hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, it may take a little longer for us to get your order shipped out. We will always do our best to keep within the 2-4 week window!

How Is My Order Shipped?
All pieces are carefully packaged and sent via USPS (United State Postal Service). We are willing to ship via other shipping carriers, but please reach out to us first!
Additional shipping insurance is available, please contact us for rates.
International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please shoot us a message with your preferred delivery date before you place your order. We're happy to try to accommodate your needs, so the sooner you let us know , the higher the chance we can make it happen.

lost or stolen order policy?
We are not responsible for merchandise that was lost or stolen through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance was purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates.
