Do you repair broken WOS jewelry?
Yes! You have up to 30 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in case such sadness occurs. If the piece is faulty or damaged from our own error, we will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end, the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair. We also repair older pieces that have been damaged through lots of wear and tear. Regardless, we will fix any unhappy pieces as we'd hate for you to have a wounded lady in your midst!
What is your return policy?
Once your item is delivered you must contact us (info@WhileOdinSleeps.com) within 10 days for an exchange or refund. We will accept returns for a full refund minus shipping costs as long as the piece(s) are in the same condition as when it was shipped. Custom orders are not returnable.
