We are a small shop, and we work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. All orders are carefully packaged for USPS shipping.  You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped (not after your purchase). Your order will ship 2-4 weeks after your purchase.

 

Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. I will always do my best to keep within the 2-4 week window! Thank you for your patience with our super small business.

1:ORDERS

All pieces will be sent via USPS (United State Postal Service). I will ship other methods, however, please contact me first.

Canadian and Everywhere Else Customers, your packages are also mailed within 2-4 weeks. Please note that if your package is held up in customs the duration of your delivery will take longer. International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.

Priority Shipping: We no longer offer priority shipping. If you want an order by a certain date please contact us HERE and we will do our best.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates. (But if this does happen we will try our best to make things right!)

P.S. Remember to recycle! I reuse shipping materials as much as I can. Please consider recycling or reusing the shipping materials that your jewelry is shipped in. Mother Nature will thank you for it!

2:SHIPPING

You have up to 30 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact me HERE in case such sadness occurs. If the piece is faulty or damaged from my own error, I will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end, the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair. Regardless I will to fix any unhappy pieces as I'd hate you to have a wounded lady in your midst! 

If you are not happy for any reason, please contact me and I will try to make it right!

(I do, however, give a descriptions of each piece and list materials with each item along with photos.)

Once your item is delivered you must contact me within 10 days for a return or refund.

Custom orders are not returnable.

4: CARE AND POLISHING

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc and will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen. Some people like the patina of tarnished brass and the tarnish is actually a protective layer for the brass, but if you want to get the shine of new brass here are some ways to prevent tarnishing and to maintain the shiny look:

For pieces made with sheet metal (the flat pieces like the Mother Moons) I suggest using a yellow polishing block, similar to the ones used in nail salons. You can find them at Sally's in-store or online HERE. When using these, press lightly and polish in the same direction until clean. 

For all other pieces use a Sunshine cloth and gently rub the surface until shiny. DO NOT use on blacked engraved areas like on the Portal earring.  That will remove the black filler.

Oils from your skin and the oxygen in the air are what accelerate tarnishing. If you want to slow the tarnishing process, wipe each piece clean with a Sunshine cloth and store in a sealed plastic bag. Do not wear pieces in water and avoid keeping them in humid areas like the bathroom.
